Jam made her first clicks in the digital world back in the early 2000s as a blogger and has focused on the social media space as the big networks became popular. With more than a decade’s worth of experience in social media strategy, content and management, she has become an effective industry educator and consultant. 

She has spoken in different conferences and is currently an organising committee member of the very popular industry event #SMCAKL (Social Media Club Auckland), founder of the NZ Bloggers Network and a Hootsuite ambassador of New Zealand.
